Consciously or unconsciously, various words we use, to describe our feelings, affect our moods, physiology, etc.Words mean more than just merely conveying your feelings to others. There is something called
"confabulation", is a phenomenon in which our brain convinces us to believe we've experienced something that's never happened, so if you say, "i am angry" or "i am dying", your mind will take it as a "command" and will make you angry or dying. In conclusion we can play with our minds. If we think positive, it will work positive. To have happiness and peace in your outer world you have to contain happiness and have to be at peace with your inner world.
I practice it everyday and it keeps me happy and satisfied. One day I was forced to stay in a very disturbing environment, with sorrow, despair and regret scattered everywhere, but I imagined as I was standing on the beach of a tranquil lake, looking into whirls of water and then everything around me turned into hope and merriment. It doesn't matter what we encounter in our lives but the thing that matters is our attitude towards that.
so list down all the negative words you use and replace them with positive words.
think positively, stay happy and dodge your "intelligent" brain
